DŮLEŽITÉ UPOZORNĚNÍ - NEJČASTĚJŠÍ DŮVODY DISKVALIFIKACÍ / IMPORTANT NOTICE - BE AWARE OF DISQUALIFICATION!

Dle znění pravidla č. SHW215.10 z knihy AQHA Pravidel nesmí být HŘEBCI předváděni ve třídách NOVICE AMATEUR, YOUTH nebo NOVICE YOUTH.

Dále, dle znění totožného pravidla, VALAŠI, kteří jsou v záznamech AQHA vedeni stále jako HŘEBCI, budou při zpracování výsledků ze závodů DISKVALIFIKOVÁNI.

Dle znění pravidla č. SHW220 z knihy AQHA Pravidel jakýkoli kůň předváděný AMATÉREM ve třídách AMATEUR nebo OPEN, nebo kůň předváděný MLÁDEŽÍ ve třídách YOUTH nebo OPEN, MUSÍ být ve VLASTNICTVÍ PŘEDVÁDĚJÍCÍHO, popř. jeho manžela/ky, dcery/syna, nevlastní dcery/syna, zákonného zástupce, otce, matky, otčíma, macechy, sestry, bratra, prarodičů nebo pravnoučat. Dále, takové vlastnictví musí být uvedeno v záznamech AQHA v době účasti na závodech.

Dle aktuálního znění AQHA pravidel, věk jednotlivce k 1. lednu daného roku musí být zachován po celý tento kalendářní rok.
 
Příklad: Mládežník, který má narozeniny v červenci a k 1.lednu daného roku je mu osmnáct, je povinen celý tento kalendářní rok předvádět jako 18tiletý; pokud však dosáhne věku 19ti let k 1.lednu daného roku či později v témže roce, již není považován za mládežníka a nesmí se tudíž účastnit mládežnických tříd (tzv. AQHA approved YOUTH classes).

Due to the high number of questions in terms of the AQHA Class Eligibility, please be aware of the following:

In accordance with Rule SHW215.10 of the AQHA OFFICIAL HANDBOOK, stallions may not be exhibited in novice amateur, youth or novice youth classes. Further, according to the same Rule, geldings which are still listed as stallions according to the AQHA records at the time the show results are processed will be disqualified.

In accordance with Rule SHW220 of the AQHA OFFICIAL HANDBOOK, any horse exhibited by an amateur in amateur or open events or by a youth in youth or open events, must be owned by the contestant or contestant´s spouse, child, stepchild, legal guardian, father, mother, stepparent, sister, brother, grandparent or grandchild. Further, such ownership must be evidenced by AQHA records and the registration certificate of such horse must show as the owner by proper endorsement of AQHA at the time the horse is entered by any amateur.

In accordance with the AQHA OFFICIAL HANDBOOK, the age of an individual on January 1st of that year shaIl be maintained throughout the entire year.Example: A youth who has a birthday in JuIy, and is 18 years of age on January 1st, must show throughout the entire year as an 18-year-old; if 19 years of age on or after January 1st, is no longer eligible to compete in AQHA Youth classes.
